Absolutely nothing. The Militant Left is hungry to avenge the semifinal losses of its past. This roster is healthy without suspension, meanwhile his opponent's players are spending a little too much time underneath blue tents. The time is propitious for another Brown to don the Brown Jacket, & Billy thinks this is his year. Marriage then Brown Jacket, X showed him the way, but in order to get into the Finals, Russell and co. will need to continue putting up 400+ points. A question that the Militant Left faces is which RB to start. LeSean McCoy will easily be slotted in at RB1, but the tough matchup for Lamar Miller makes Theo Riddick an enticing substitution. To help with that endeavor, SQWIDICUS MAXIMUS will be begging for balmier weather around Lake Erie on Sunday as he has Big Ben, Juice, Wallace & Boswell playing around that region. If the snows return, it could be tough sledding. Meteorology aside, Squid should be feeling optimistic about his upset chances after scoring the most points in the Wildcard Round (including the teams on BYE). That 476 point effort came with a goose egg from 1st round pick Amari Cooper. Yes, Big Ben threw for over 500 yards. Yes, Boswell made like 100 kicks. Yes, the Juice was loose in Miami on Monday. But this team is talented, and it wouldn't be shocking if Squid was playing in the finals come week 16. Warren: 6-3 Best Matchup in Round 1: Drew Brees v NYJ Worst Matchup in Round 1: Tyreke Hill v LAC Is there anyone in the DelFL rooting for Birdman? Probably not many, but coping with a 2nd star on Birdman's Brown Jacket might be a necessity for all the haters across the league. But before the tailor gets to work, it is worth mentioning that the Sushis outscored Bird's team in week 14. At this point Kamara hasn't cleared concussion protocol, and his stud WRs (as mentioned last week) have tough matchups (Tyreke v LAC & AJ Green @MIN). Birdman also has a tough decision to make at TE. Does he start the hobbled Greg Olsen (0 points last week) or opt for the Harvard Man, Cameron Brate (6.6 points last week). ESPN projections say that this game won't be close. I say that Matt Bryant might have a shot at victory when Monday night kicks off. v. #3 Team Pig and Sushi Owner: Warren Brown 2017 Season: 10-4 2017 PPG: 406 Playoffs: 4-4 H2H v. Birdman: 3-6 Best Matchup in Round 1: Andy Dalton @ MIN Worst Matchup in Round 1: Leveon Bell v NE With Andy Dalton going against the Vikings in Minnesota, this team will rely even more on its first-rate running attack. In round 1's victory over the Maulers, the Sushi tandem of Hunt & Bell went for 242 combined points. Repeating that output is essential if Warren has any chance of upsetting Birdman. Luckily for the Sushis, the matchups are accommodating. Bell gets to play an injury riddled Patriots defense that made a Kenyan Drake look like Walter Payton. Also, Kareem Hunt looks like he is back on track, KC will be giving him the rock early and often in a very important game against the Chargers (LAC stops the pass well, but not so much the RBs). That said, the reality is, top to bottom the Sushis are inferior to Team Birdman. But Warren already beat Birchmeier in week 5, so the precedent has been set. Warren beating Birdman two times in one season? Stranger things have happened.
